Seal of NebraskaThe City of Franklin has a mayor-council form of government with all city officials elected to a four year term of office. City Council meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the 2nd Monday of each month at City Hall located at 619 15th Ave., Franklin, NE 68939. The public is welcome.
