The City of Franklin is Excited to Announce Our New Utilities Portal is Live!

Have you heard the exciting news? The City of Franklin now offers the ability to access utility account information and pay utility bills, plus more -- online! In order to provide superior customer service and added convenience, The City of Franklin has launched FrontDesk, an online tool that allows customers to interact with us in one convenient place.

PLEASE NOTE: For customers currently on autopay, you will need to create a new account with us via FrontDesk online and set up autopay again to resume your automatic payments. If you don't set this up, your current automatic payment draft will stop and you will have to pay your bill manually moving forward. You can always set up autopay again at any time!
