Help us keep our community looking amazing! The City of Franklin is sponsoring a citywide cleanup from April 15th until May 30th, 2024 to give residents the opportunity to tidy up their properties without any recycling or dumping fees. For more information on where to dump certain materials, and what you’re allowed to dispose of, please see below:

Please haul your own items to these locations free of charge:
Hours: 7am to 4pm - Monday & Thursday & 8am to 12pm - Saturday
At this location, a 30 yard rolloff container will be provided free of charge for all City of Franklin residents and businesses to use during the cleanup period. Your ID may be required to use this facility.
PLEASE NOTE: Tires are NOT accepted at any time at the recycling center.

THESE MATERIALS ARE NOT CONSIDERED C&D WASTE, AND CAN NOT BE DUMPED HERE:
NOTE: Every load MUST be recorded, weighed and inspected prior to being dumped.
NOTE: A demo permit is required for any demolition within the City of Franklin municipal boundary.
The City of Franklin's tree and yard waste dumping site is open year round for grass clippings, yard waste and trees. Please continue to take these items to this site, as they cannot be placed in your normal refuse toter. These items are also NOT accepted at the recycling center OR the C&D site.
NOTE: Bags are not accepted at the tree dump, please remove organic waste from bags before dumping waste here and dispose of the bags properly.
